About Us

Will oversees a staff of over 200 janitorial employees as the Vice President of Operations; he joined our organization in the latter part of 2014 as Area Manager of our Southern Colorado territory. Will has over 10 years of management experience and extensive leadership courses stemming from Franklin Covey’s teaching. Prior to coming to Summit Service Group, Will’s most recent position was as a Field Service Manage for Dish Network, where he held responsibility over the entire southern Colorado area. Will has an associates degree in electronics engineering. In April of 2017 Will was promoted to Vice President of Operations because of his commitment to making our customers not only happy, but delighted. Since his promotion, Will has been immersing himself in gaining insight and improving our Denver operations. You have probably met him, as his days and evenings have been filled with thoroughly learning about all of our accounts. He’s been physically working many of the janitorial positions and analyzing the work tasks to improve the quality of the service we provide to each client, all while increasing both our employee’s job satisfaction and each account’s overall profitability. Will has taken on this tremendous challenge with a consistently optimistic confidence that is beginning to spread throughout our organization. We are seeing some great changes beginning to happen at many Summit Service Group accounts!
